Overview
A visa application is transcription: the same twenty passport fields, the same itinerary, typed into a portal that will not accept a paste and expires the session if you look away. For an agency it is that, times every traveller, times every country's own form.
FillWise is a Chrome extension that does the transcription. Open the application form, give the panel the client's passport photo or the details as text, click Fill web form. The AI reads the form's own labels, in whatever language, and types the values in. You check names and dates against the passport and submit. How It Works
- Open the form in Chrome: the visa portal, the DS-160, the airline booking page or a PDF application.
- Give FillWise the data. Attach the passport photo, or paste the client's details as text in any format (an email, a CRM export, a WhatsApp message). For a family, paste everyone at once.
- Click Fill web form. The fields are filled on the page. A spinner marks each one as it lands.
- Review and submit. Names exactly as in the passport, date formats, dropdowns with look-alike options. FillWise leaves unanswered questions empty rather than guessing.

Limits and Honest Gaps
- The last check is yours. Embassy forms are unforgiving, and an AI fill is a fast first draft, not a submission.
- Photo and PDF attachments always spend a fill; every new passport is a new document. Free repeats apply to typed text on a known form.
- Scanned PDFs without a text layer and XFA forms are not supported.
- A few portals draw their choice controls as custom widgets rather than standard fields; those may need a click by hand. Tell us which portal and we fix it.
- FillWise does not book appointment slots and does not interact with portals in any way except typing into the form you have open.
Pricing: free is 20 fills to start and 5 a week, no card; paid plans start at $15 for 100 fills a month and go up to an agency plan, on the pricing section.
