Overview
A form filler sees sensitive data by definition: passports, addresses, client records. That's why FillWise is built around a simple principle — process, fill, forget. Your input is used to complete the form in front of you and is not kept afterwards.
Sign-in is handled by Google OAuth, all traffic is encrypted, and the only data stored in your account is what you explicitly save as templates — which you can delete whenever you want.
Key Capabilities
| Capability | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| No data retention | Fill inputs and attached documents are not stored after processing |
| Encrypted transport | All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption |
| Google OAuth sign-in | No passwords to create, store or leak |
| Explicit storage only | Only templates you deliberately save are kept — and you can delete them |
| Minimal permissions | The extension asks only for the browser permissions it needs to fill forms |
How It Works
- You provide data for a specific fill — typed text or an attached document.
- It's processed in real time over an encrypted connection to complete the form.
- Nothing is retained. The fill finishes, the data is gone from our side.
Use Cases
| Who | Why it matters |
|---|---|

| Legal teams | Confidential client details used only for the fill at hand |
| Finance professionals | Sensitive figures processed and not retained |
| Privacy-conscious users | Convenience without a stored profile of personal data |
