Overview
Some data never changes: your company's details, a frequent client's profile, your own passport information. Templates let you save it once and reuse it on every form — no more hunting through old emails for the same values.
A template holds free-form text and an optional document. Toggle it on, and its contents are automatically included in your next fill, together with anything extra you type. Handle a repeat client by activating their template and clicking Fill.
Key Capabilities
| Capability | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Save once, reuse everywhere | Template data applies to any form on any website |
| Text + document | Store a data block and a file (e.g. a passport scan) together |
| Toggle on demand | Activate the template you need for the current fill |
| Combine with fresh input | Template constants merge with what you type in the moment |
| Account-synced | Templates follow your account across devices |
How It Works
- Create a template. Give it a name, paste the data, optionally attach a document.
- Activate it when you're about to fill a form for that client or scenario.
- Click Fill. The template's data (plus anything you typed) is matched to the form.
