How FillWise handles Form I-360

FillWise fills this form the regular way: the AI reads each field's printed caption, its tooltip and its options, and answers from your notes. It works, but on a form with this many fields expect to correct more by hand than on a short one.

The PDF is encrypted with an empty password; FillWise opens it like any other.

It also carries Adobe XFA data; FillWise fills the regular fields and drops the XFA part, so the result opens in any reader.

What to check before you file

Filling Form I-360 for many clients

Bulk fill in your FillWise account takes Form I-360 and a CSV or Excel sheet with one client per row. It fills the first one and stops so you can check the result, then fills the rest and hands back one zip. Each copy costs 4 fills, the same as filling it on its own. For one client's whole case, add Form I-360 with Form I-485 and Form I-765 and paste the client's notes once: every form is filled from them. How it works step by step: bulk PDF form filling guide. More on immigration packets in the USCIS forms guide and on FillWise for legal teams.

Cost

Common Questions

Can a VAWA self-petitioner keep USCIS notices from going to their home?

Yes. A VAWA self-petitioning spouse, child or parent, or a special immigrant juvenile, can give an alternate and/or safe mailing address in Part 1, Item 7; they skip the rest of Part 1 and start at that item. If you give one, you must also complete Part 3.

Do I sign Part 11 or Part 12 of Form I-360?

Part 11 only if you are an individual filing the petition for yourself. Part 12 if you are filing for another person or signing as an authorized signatory of an organization. An interpreter, if you used one, signs Part 13, and a preparer, if any, signs Part 14.

Who signs the employer attestation on a religious worker I-360?

An authorized official of the prospective employer signs it in ink in Part 9, even if the worker files the petition on his or her own behalf. If the employer is affiliated with a religious denomination, an authorized representative of the denomination also signs the Religious Denomination Certification.
