How FillWise handles Form G-28

FillWise has a ready map of this form's fields. It recognizes the PDF by its field names and stops treating it as 101 separate boxes: the AI only pulls the facts out of your notes, each tied to a person on the form, and the map places them:

The PDF is encrypted with an empty password; FillWise opens it like any other.

It also carries Adobe XFA data; FillWise fills the regular fields and drops the XFA part, so the result opens in any reader.

Filling Form G-28 for many clients

Bulk fill in your FillWise account takes Form G-28 and a CSV or Excel sheet with one client per row. It fills the first one and stops so you can check the result, then fills the rest and hands back one zip. Each copy costs 1 fill, the same as filling it on its own. For one client's whole case, add Form G-28 with Form I-130 and Form I-485 and paste the client's notes once: every form is filled from them. How it works step by step: bulk PDF form filling guide. Common Questions

Who signs Form G-28?

The client, or an authorized signatory for an entity, signs Part 4. The attorney or accredited representative signs Part 5, which also has a separate signature line for a law student or law graduate.

Can USCIS mail my green card or work permit to my attorney instead of to me?

Only if the client asks for it in Part 4. By default, USCIS sends secure identity documents to the client's U.S. mailing address; a box in Part 4 asks USCIS to send any Permanent Resident Card, Employment Authorization Document or Travel Document to the representative's U.S. business address instead.

How does FillWise decide whether the G-28 client is the applicant or the petitioner?

FillWise has a ready field map for Form G-28. The AI pulls the facts out of your notes, the map places them, and the client's role in Part 3, petitioner or applicant, is set from the form you name in your notes.
