How FillWise handles Form I-129F

FillWise fills this form the regular way: the AI reads each field's printed caption, its tooltip and its options, and answers from your notes. It works, but on a form with this many fields expect to correct more by hand than on a short one.

The PDF is encrypted with an empty password; FillWise opens it like any other.

It also carries Adobe XFA data; FillWise fills the regular fields and drops the XFA part, so the result opens in any reader.

What to check before you file

Filling Form I-129F for many clients

Bulk fill in your FillWise account takes Form I-129F and a CSV or Excel sheet with one client per row. It fills the first one and stops so you can check the result, then fills the rest and hands back one zip. Each copy costs 3 fills, the same as filling it on its own. For one client's whole case, add Form I-129F with Form I-134 and Form I-485 and paste the client's notes once: every form is filled from them. How it works step by step: bulk PDF form filling guide. Common Questions

Is Form I-129F only for a fiancé(e)?

No. Part 1 asks you to select the classification for your beneficiary: Fiancé(e) (K-1 visa) or Spouse (K-3 visa). If you are classifying your spouse as a K-3, the form asks whether you have filed Form I-130.

Does the I-129F ask whether the couple has met in person?

Yes. Item 53 asks if you and your fiancé(e) met in person during the two years immediately before filing. If Yes, describe the meeting and attach evidence; if No, explain why you request an exemption and provide evidence.

What if we met through an international marriage broker?

Part 2 asks whether you met your beneficiary through the services of an international marriage broker (IMB). If Yes, give the IMB's name, contact information and website, and attach a copy of the signed, written consent form the IMB obtained from your beneficiary releasing their contact information to you.
