How FillWise handles Form I-751

FillWise fills this form the regular way: the AI reads each field's printed caption, its tooltip and its options, and answers from your notes. It works, but on a form with this many fields expect to correct more by hand than on a short one.

The PDF is encrypted with an empty password; FillWise opens it like any other.

It also carries Adobe XFA data; FillWise fills the regular fields and drops the XFA part, so the result opens in any reader.

What to check before you file

Filling Form I-751 for many clients

Bulk fill in your FillWise account takes Form I-751 and a CSV or Excel sheet with one client per row. It fills the first one and stops so you can check the result, then fills the rest and hands back one zip. Each copy costs 3 fills, the same as filling it on its own. For one client's whole case, add Form I-751 with Form N-400 and Form I-90 and paste the client's notes once: every form is filled from them. How it works step by step: bulk PDF form filling guide. More on immigration packets in the USCIS forms guide and on FillWise for legal teams.

Cost

Form I-751 has 11 pages, so filling it costs 3 fills: FillWise charges a PDF fill by the pages it fills, one fill per started 5 pages. The free plan starts with 20 fills and then tops back up to 5 fills a week, no card required. Paid plans are on the pricing page.

Privacy

The PDF is filled in your browser; only its field list and your data go to our server for the AI, and nothing is stored. Details: privacy and security.

Common Questions

Does my spouse have to sign Form I-751?

On a joint petition, yes: if you selected Box 1.a in Part 3, your spouse must also read and sign the petition in Part 8. If you file based on battery or extreme cruelty, or as an individual filing, the spouse's signature is not required.

Can I file Form I-751 alone after a divorce?

Part 3 has a Waiver or Individual Filing Request section for those unable to file jointly. One listed reason is a marriage entered in good faith but ended by divorce or annulment; others include a deceased spouse, battery or extreme cruelty, and extreme hardship.

How are children listed on the I-751, and who signs for a young child?

Part 5 asks for information on all of your children, including whether each child lives with you and is applying with you. A conditional resident child under 14 does not need to sign; a parent may sign for the child.
